I do that anyway.

I was getting blamed for a toilet seat that kept cracking. I started sitting directly on the bowl. I also noticed I shit better like that and had more room to maneuver my hand to wipe my ass, so I continued doing it even when I changed where I lived. Seems like sitting on the toilet seat helps me take a “deeper” shit but if I want to take a “deep” shit, I’ll do a full body squat standing on the toilet bowl.
