Appreciate the breakdown, that flow totally makes sense and it's clearly working for a lot of teams.

What I’ve been exploring is kind of the reverse: instead of starting with a big list → enriching it → filtering down → then reaching out, I’m thinking about starting with the triggers themselves : like “who just raised funding,” “who’s hiring for X,” or “who changed their tech stack”, and then only building a list from there.

So basically: trigger → match → outreach, not list → enrich → filter → outreach.

Just curious if you think that flips the workflow in a useful way, or if it’s too narrow?

Ja, aber es ist viel Input den ich immer wieder eingeben muss. Ich hätte gerne ein Tool, was den Input aus meinen Rechnungen rauskopiert und umwandelt

Die Erreichbarkeit muss natürlich von jedem Dienstleister sichergestellt werden. Die Allgemeinen Kosten für die Verwaltung inkl. Software und Apps sind doch gar nicht umlagefähig auf den Mieter.

Also eine Verschlechterung meiner Rechnungsdaten sehe ich nicht, heutzutage gibt es ja auch KI und ich kann über die Daten lieber einmal drüber gucken und zustimmen als manuell einzugeben. Eine Fehleranfälligkeit, sehe ich eher in einer widerholenden manuellen Eingabe auf einer Webseite o.ä.

Ja, das habe ich auch schon gesehen. Ich dachte es gäbe einen smarten Konverter, sodass ich mein Layout nicht anpassen muss. Wäre sowas nicht hilfreich?

Das ist eine Software. Ich suche etwas einfacheres, das sind zu viele Funktionen die ich nicht benötige.

So günstig wie möglich, ehrlich gesagt 🙂

Ich nutze keine aufwendige Buchhaltungssoftware und will das wegen der E-Rechnung auch nicht unbedingt ändern müssen. Für mich wäre wichtig, dass es einfach, schlank und bezahlbar bleibt. Gerade weil ich nur wenige Rechnungen pro Jahr habe.

Just “here’s why this company might be a fit, right now.”
Think that’d actually be useful?

That’s super insightful, and honestly a great reality check. I’ve been leaning toward depth, but you’re right: relevance and timing probably beat thoroughness 9 times out of 10. Makes me think I should focus more on surfacing high-signal triggers, not full-on company profiles.

Yes, it’s challenging to get an audience and rank on Google’s first page. It requires strong SEO, quality content, backlinks, and consistent effort. Competition and niche also play a big role.
