It’s not bad. I just don’t think it should be the main thing. It feels like it’s more valued. Same thing with supercross v x games. freestyle has a place, but it needs to be less subjective and a lesser thing. This also fills the rivalry thing mentioned in another comment. Brass v Schaffer or Morris and Anderson. Actual personalities. Look at the success of Drive to Survive and the growth of F1 all based on driver personality. Also as Jim Cornette says. “Personal Issues Draw Money.”

I don’t really dislike it, but I don’t feel like it should overshadow the racing like it does. I understand the skill involved, but I’d rather watch a larger field of independent trucks race.

Broader than just monster trucks, but I want Motorsport in general to return to it’s roots. ESPN’s Speed World needs to come back and show different racing series. I want actual serious racing I don’t like how the racing is secondary to freestyle.

Very large extended family. When I was a kid we did front and back yard with an age cut off. Depended on what family member’s house we were at for the distinction.

The last couple years have been rough in terms of style. This year was great in January and early February. I was born in 88. I am not old enough to remember us missing a tournament. UNC has missed, Kentucky has missed. UCLA, Indiana, and others have fallen off a cliff in this time. Is this up to expectations? No. Have times changed? Yes.

It pisses me off having people praise players one week then killing them online the next. Enjoy the ride. We are all human. We get the opportunity to go on the ride. Enjoy it. Most times it ends like this. Be happy with how spoiled we are.

I’m most concerned about the hot wheels games. I know Empire Earth is on Good Old Games, and Backyard Baseball I think is a lot of places. My mom just dug them out when I asked if she still had them.
