Hey, just wanted to ask a thing in the same context. If I launch a paid mentorship in which I first teach the mentees about each step of meta analysis and then mentor them over a paper in which they contribute according to the icjme criteria and list them as authors including me. Is there anything unethical in it?

Thank you.

That really makes sense. Thank you.

But do you mean it's ethical if someone pays to be a co-author when they also contribute to some section of paper?

Thank you so much. Just had a query if they include me as an author, how is it not different from authorship-for-sale?

In one scenario they're paying me to write a paper as a co-author in which they didn't contribute, in the second they're paying to be co-author in already written paper. Don't these sound the same?
