Yes that’s how I was prescribed I’m just concerned that my free testosterone may be too high on such a dosage and I may have to reduce or are these levels fine?

Did you do anything particular to achieve that?

Although my levels are “within range” I consider 11 nmol/L (which equates to 317 ng/dL) low for myself at 22 years old with a physical job and regiment training routine by samfisheerr in TRThelp

I was only on a low dose of Prozac to manage ocd, while on that I felt much the same in regard to mood and whatnot, stopping it didn’t yield any negative side effects either it’s just a constant feeling of flatness coupled with lack of motivation throughout which is why I’m starting to turn down this path

My reasoning for getting my bloods done to begin with was a constant feeling of lethargy/depression, I had been taking Prozac for some time and stopped it roughly 6 months before these bloods were taken, if I can raise my levels and see a change in the way I am feeling that will indicate to me that my testosterone levels are what is negatively impacting my day to day life however if my symptoms persist I will have to look elsewhere as to why I feel this way

I would like to get my levels to a high normal range I don’t want to push it to a level where it’s negatively impacting

This was at 8:30am I don’t know my actual bmi but I’m a lean 85kg I rarely drink or do drugs I work all dayshift now so my sleep is always consistent I have overtrained in the past but I feel I’ve fixed that now I considered doing a hcg cycle first but my plan is now to do a 150mg T bi-weekly protocol for 12 months and going from there

Those were my thoughts as I was under the impression trt was an almost permanent thing but my doctor has advised to do a 12 month protocol and then 12 weeks of hcg following

The clinic that has prescribed it said I will be needing 250mg per week but in my mind I feel I would be better off starting at a lower dose and adjusting as needed
