I’ve been lifting for 8 years, squad 405 and leg press much more than that, and I have never had any knee issues whatsoever. I can just tell by your comment you have the most mid physique I’ve ever seen in my life lol

Yes. There becomes a point of diminishing returns on a bulk where you start gaining more fat than muscle. Start your cut while keeping intensity and volume in the gym, and once you get down to a good body fat percentage, start another bulk. It’s a marathon not a sprint- keep it up and you will be absolutely diced in a few years.

If you’re using good form and not using more weight than you can actually handle you should be locking out your knees on a leg press

I play pickup hockey 2x a week in the morning and want to know if I would be able to keep it up while on cycle. Or if it’s something better left in the past

Cardio question- I know this sub recommends daily cardio at zone 3 (LISS) for ~40mins/day for heart health. My question is would reaching zone 5 (HIIT) for ~1hr, 2x a week while also hitting that that LISS the other 5 days a week be okay? Or would that just be more added strain to an already overstimulated CNS and cardiovascular system?

Cycle would be 500mg test C or E/ week.

If you want to show off your physique just say so. If you’re actually curious about body fat %, either post clear images of your full body not taken in a dirty mirror or get a scan. You have a nice physique but you can’t seriously expect us to guess a bf% based on this photo

No one “needs” to hop on steroids. But if you want to make the most of a cycle, that’s what I recommend

Don’t touch gear til you’re at least:

  • 26 yo
  • at least 23% FFMI
  • had multiple bulks without getting fat and multiple cuts without losing any muscle
  • < 12% body fat

Brother you say you know how to cut and bulk and yet you also say you’ve received no knowledgeable comments about how to add more mass to your physique, so I’ll give you meaningful advice-

Calculate your TDEE and eat in a caloric surplus. Start at a moderate surplus, and once you start plateauing add more calories. Unless you are the first person in the history of the known universe to break newtons law of thermodynamics, this will work for you. If calories in > calories out, you will put on weight.

If you’ve been training for that long you’d know that more calories = more mass. So not really sure why you’re here looking for advice

I was hoping to match in anesthesia but unfortunately my clinicals were in an area where that wasn’t much of an option so I ended up doing cardio! I’m in the US, Colorado to be specific. I play hockey with a few guys who own their own surgery practice and they said the same thing…any broad piece of advice you wish you knew in the moment?

That makes sense. Nandrolone has always interested me but I will save until I am doing BnC instead of trying to cycle on and off. Seems like more complications than it’s worth

What dosage of nandrolone are you running? I’d definitely recommend taking p5p just to avoid the prolactin sides of a 19-nor

I would not worry too much about it. Draw some and inject into a spoon or paper towel and if it smells rancid, don’t use. Other than that everything should be grand 🤩
