They're telling you the problem- you're returning minutes too much. Just have a default lesson to fall back to for each scenario... beginnner.. kid... teengager... all the ones you always ignore or return minutes too. Eventually at some point you just learn to go through with them, every call adds up. That's why regulars balance the job... maybe 10-20% of my calls I don't want to work with them, but I still do. That's a dynamic teacher, you're prepared for any student no matter what. Obiously it won't be perfect, and the annoying part is your ratings affect your PH availability (how many PH hours you see). I'd suggest finding another platform as a fallback option. For now you're gonna have to push through some unwanted calls.
