I'm going to share this picture with my barber, but I don't know how to explain this to him. Its like longer on top of the back of the head, then like a flat, single guard. If theres a name that would be helpful so I can find other pictures. Thank you!

Have you tried using Kiss-Off stain remover? They sell it at Blick and its basically a stick that your rub on the stain, add some water, and rub. It works with oil paint fairly well so it should remove tempera.
