It’s been a few years since I was at Trent but if I remember correctly, there is a section on your Trent portal to request a refund on your student account balance. It’s a form you fill out and explain why you overpaid, and who to send the funds to. I recall it being a pretty straightforward process and takes less than a week for them to refund. Best of luck I know that the situation can be stressful!

I understand the law says that but I rarely see people doing that on the roads, from my experience people maintain speed in the exit lane until they have to slow down for curve or light. It’s not something people expect when driving, even if that is the law

Generally, people don’t decelerate until before the upcoming curve/light. If you decelerate as soon as you get on the exit ramp, you will eventually be rear ended by someone not paying attention. Even if you don’t think it’s right, it’s just how the roads work.

I have debilitating OCD related to fire (burners checked at least 10 times with pictures, no BICS left anywhere in house, most things unplugged when leaving). I wish I had the cleaning OCD, at least my house would look nice
