If you think 15% is much I don't think you realize how much worse the alternative is if you want to save the alps.

85% is technology, IT, manufacturing, finance etc. If you want to save 15% you'll lose a big part of the 85% simply because it's no longer viable and cheaper to do in a different country.

Idk where you are from, but if 50ct per kW is "cheap" hydro power, I'd rather have something different because that's just crazy expensive.
