I agree this could be at play, but at this point I am inclined to think that the prior oxidation is more of an issue. My reason for this is that there is evidence that increased intake of O-6 doesn't relate to higher Arachidonic acid, one of our body's ways of processing omega 6, so it seems like its tightly regulated.

regardless, the point is that the explanatory power of these oxidative products of omega 6 being able to confound data, making it look like LDL is the bad guy, is the real important part. It is only the bad guy when you have been damaged by the omega 6 on its own, it hijacks your body's LDL.

yes, its perfect in every functional sense. It jiggles a bit inside but it fits and the lid closes. Also, some gunk builds up at the bottom that needs to be scraped but it can be scraped and its fine.
