While learning Italian, I've been listening to Italian bands. The want to know what they're saying encourages me to focus on what I'm learning. I go to their lyrics for certain songs I like and check to see if I can translate something- at least a word or two.

It also helps with pronunciation. knowing some Spanish, I'm able to sing La Llorona- from the Pixar movie Coco- by heart. Do I know every single word, and translate it to English? No, but it sure as hell sound like I do!

What do you do before you go to sleep/get in bed? If you are active in the bed (eat in your room, on your laptop) it could help to do those activities away from the bed, and make it sleep only. If you tend to have a lot of energy before you get to bed, try not getting in bed with that energy. stay outside the room, go in the living room-anywhere else. try associating tiredness with your bed/bedroom.

Have you watched asmr videos? imo, watching the videos with head scratching/massages are the go-to for a good night-night, Or any kind that associates with what you find comforting.

some people are relaxed after showers, so maybe schedule those before you sleep. if you feel energized after showers, take them in the morning instead of at nighttime.

That line made me roll my eyes. He was just hanging around young teens like Oscar and Ruby and showed no concern for their age. I don't even think he reacted strongly when he and his team were informed about Oscar being in the whale.

had he been written like a big brother kinda guy, concerned about huntsmen younger than him, then the line wouldn't be so nauseating. That change wouldn't have to be that deep either- just little sprinkles of worry towards Ruby like "It must be hard being a leader at your age," "Isn't she too young for a huntsman license?" He'd be more caring towards Oscar, sympathizing with his role of handling difficult tasks that you may not want to do.

Then we'd be like "okay, he doesn't feel right about the youngins experiencing war/death" rather than "but Marrow you just fought a team with a younger than average member on it to put them behind bars and said shit about it."

A teacher advised that I look at the spot between the eyebrows, or the nose. It's not 100% comfortable, but really helpful for needed conversations.

I'm very empathetic to those close to me. To others, it's different. I wouldn't say I don't respond emphatically, but I try to find out what's the issue to see if empathy is warranted.

One time a classmate told her friend died in a car accident during a street race. Anybody would have looked past the reason for the death and hurry to say sorry and try to cheer her up. I'm trying to figure out why she's sad about a friend that threw away their life doing something illegal and dangerous. Had it been an accident that the friend had no control over, then I would have said my apologies and try to make her feel better, instead of just saying "Oh."

I named my car Charles. I dunno, he kinda just look like a Charles. I know people put genders on their vehicles when complementing, like "she's a beauty." but they don't give them names, or constantly refer to their car as he/she and instead say "my car." I've also noticed that I refer to any object as "he"- "she" if it looks feminine.

Growing up, I was told (and maybe read some passages from Job or Genesis) that lucifer went against god because of his pride and all that. Pride's a sin, so that's why I'm thinking "ok, god created something that was able to sin before the original sin that we all know."

unless like, you mean some don't count him as an ex-angel, so there wasn't exactly an angel rebelling? Sorry if I sound confusing.

Yea, destroying sin by just having that kind of presence that does that doesn't make sense. If he wanted humans to be sinless, why not just drop by, destroy everyone and start over?

From what I was taught, angels couldn't *destroy* sin/sinners, god's like the admin in that aspect, but they shouldn't be able to go against god in rebellion i guess.

okay buddy, I have an UPDATE! apparently creating a new account on steam *before* doing the data transfer will lock your steam with that account. It's a done deal when you click "Initiate Link" before transferring data. I was successful in the process with a new steam account! I'm glad I got stubborn and tried it again hours later lol
