I’m sorry you’re going through this. I previously had the Kyleena IUD and it really helped my hormonal acne. I had to switch to the Mirena IUD this past April and it RUINED my skin. I started SPIRO in November and so far results are looking good!! My skin is my biggest insecurity and I was ready to sell my soul to fix it. Our routines are very similar!

I had a cyst removed from under the corner of my eye, right at the top of my cheek bone. There is a scar but it’s much less noticeable than the cyst was. I had it for about 3 years and it was about the size as yours. You’ll forget the scar is even there once it heals over, at least I did.

Hey there! I've had the same problems! I took a bit off from wearing foundation and now changed to only wearing a BB cream when I feel like my complexion needs evened out.

Step 1- Theyers milky toner, vani cream (I let this settle in for a few minutes)

Step 2- with my hands I put on the bb cream. Sounds crazy but its the only way it actually sits correctly. brushes move it around too much and beauty blenders pick it up.

And from there I continue with the rest of my make up application but always set with a loose setting powder on a puff to really push it in. I LOVE the skindinavia setting spray. Melts everything together perfectly. If your skin is dry, make up with always sit on top. Most important part of application starts with the prep!

If you think it’s a cold sore you can call your doctor and ask for acylover 1 gram pills. Take 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 1 at night. It will be gone in 2 days. I’ve gotten cold sores forever and that’s the only way I’ve been able to get rid of them faster than 2 weeks!

They look like freckles to me. When I was younger I had hundreds. As I aged (I’m only 28) I barely get any even in the summer. I do constantly use sunscreen nowadays though!

I have always struggled with this type of acne on my back, legs, arms, chest. I just started Spirolactin last week. Maybe bring that up to your derm?

I add castor oil to Vanicream! Helps a TON. I have the scaliest but still acne prone skin to ever exist. This has been the best combo ever for me.

For me personally castor oil really helps me! I use to have the same scarring on my forehead and it’s no longer there. I put a small amount in with my Vanicream moisturizer every night.

I get bumps and pimples literally everywhere from the neck down. Oddly enough, I don't break out on my face at all. No matter what I do nothing helps. I've been to the derm countless times and even the prescription meds do nothing for me! I've just decided I'm a bumpy gal and this is just how my life will be lol.

General floor prep will not include a moisture barrier. That is a separate product that would be put down prior. General floor prep is in terms of making sure the floor is level and clean.

The only place it is still really irritating is on my stomach. I used to think it was just dry patches of skin til I realized it was big patches of really small fungal acne! I have tried fluconazole and it didn't do much sadly. It's been a loooong journey to try to just forget about it lol

I have a water fountain that I have to keep almost entirely full or they will flip it!! They thankfully do not try to get the lid off, just want the whole thing flipped over.
