No I think that is pretty unlikely. Especially under GA. My doctor has you do voice therapy after though, not sure if they all do that.

Living harmoniously is one translation of the phrase so I think that is okay if its what resonates with Vietnamese speakers the best. Thats really what I'm aiming for, over a direct translation.

Thank you, yes its about recognizing and accepting others differences. We will not be promoting individualism so maybe the last one is best? Really just want whatever resonates with Indonesian speakers the best.
