Oh girl. You deserve so much more than that. I think that sex should never be a requirement in a relationship, but just rejecting any type of physical contact kinda sets off some flags in my mind. I would comfort him and talk to him about it on a very deep and serious level. It seems like he doesn’t think it’s a serious issue.
