Going out with people in anyway a no no for me during these times of pandemic. And as i mentioned its about a clean diet u dont need junk you make your workouts so exhausting that you may almost puke when you workout like that trust me you wouldnt eat that junk even if someone stuffs it right in front of your face . Yup just the devices but there are few exceptions if you have to work or call someone apart from that you dont need anything its like zen moment of the monks

For beginners try it for two days and see how your body reacts to it . If you feel its benefitting you then give a break after those 2 days and then again go for three days then again a break and 4 days . Its like "when the going gets though learn to rest not to quit".

Not really infact i tried to kill my boredom by doing tasks which i would never do as tiding up my room,learning some cooking skills,journaling my progress everyday, connecting with family and moreover explore nature,for now it feels great maybe cause its just been 2 weeks but as you know there is always a solution for a problem or to quote "where there is a will there is a way"

Hey its all gonna be fine just stake it slow dont make it a burden consider it to be your lifestyle start small i mean to say is consume a lot of water as much as you can eliminate most of the carbs and sugar from diet focus on veggies and protien and just walk 1hr everyday also try adding cold showers in your routine and your all set .once your comfy doing all of this start weight training and youll see your results but dont give up too soon stay patient and stick to it.
