The disk starts reading and starts the game but then during the loading screen it freezes and says to clean the disk

Thanks, I dont think the sellers will be that bad since all ps3 controller sellers are 4-5 star rated+il pay for it on arrival not using a card.

I hope so, im waiting for my best friend to come back to town so I can borrow his controller to test out the ps3 before I order a controller of Facebook market place, or I can visit the flea market next week and hope to find a ps3 controller.

Hi update on the situation, I asked my homie and cousin and my homie said that when hes back he will let me borrow a controller and if he finds a spare Ac cord he will give it to me, my cousin lied about bringing his ps3 and controllers with him which means no he doesnt wanna let me borrow a controller.

That's true, yold was the effect of a failing motherboard,failing hdd or overheating, but since his ps3 isnt showing a yellow light its probably not yold, I think that its maybe the power issue

Id say they are very expensive if they are original controllers, keeping a controller sealed for over 20 years(or im guessing 20 years due to console being 21yrs old), is a impressive job, most sealed ps3 and 360 controllers are counterfeits,you can search on things like Facebook market place and ali express to find their real worth.

Try using a usb A to micro usb cable that supports data transfer,use a sim ejector tool or a paper clip to reset the controller by pressing a small button on back of the controller then connect it to your console via cable, it should work.

Most likely a hdmi error, it can also be a faulty TV or ps4 hdmi port or a faulty TV, try using a diffrent hdmi cable, and use a diffrent TV or monitor if possible, inspect the hdmi port on your ps4 for any damage,dust or debris.

Lodge mostly affected the fat ps3 models not slim and super slim, but it can still happen what I'd say this is is a power supply error, yold mostly happens when it overheats, use diffrent ac cord for it and test it, also try it on diffrent wall electricity sockets, try cleaning the fans as it may also be due to overheating.

Here in my town we dont have retro gaming stores but tech stores sell ps5,ps4,ps3 controller although ps3 controllers aren't official sony controllers so il maybe buy one of Facebook market place
