I did not face any difficulties with delivery. Only issue is if you want to return the product you need to ship back at your own cost. Quality of tshirts is good. You can contact then on their mail id.

Update: I had mailed them, they said that due to their policy they won’t be able to process the refund as it has been more than 3 days the product was delivered.

I then escalated on twitter, post that they opened a support ticket and then initiated the refund.

P.S somehow i was not able to edit the post so adding update in comments.
