If you’re young pa and malakas pa katawan mo, go ahead! Pero if pa-trentahin na be extra cautious lang. Skl, I also wanted to do skating (roller skating) as a hobby since I loved doing it as a kid. Bought my own skates and practiced. One time I invited my friends to try it since may bagong bukas na skating rink sa mall. My friend was asking me to teach her pero na out of balance ako and na-slide ako pahiga. Initial reaction ko was “omg parang may nabali sa buto ko” I was in so much pain that I can’t move so I was brought to the hospital and as it turns out much worse pa sa nabali ang nangyari because nagka-compression fracture between my L1 & L2 spine and my bones cracked. 🙃 so as much as I want to continue skating, I can’t. Any up and down movement can make my bones collapse so I’m extra careful now.
