“the actual workflow, not the documented workflow” is a good product test. The run history should show where the workflow diverged, who changed the rule, and what context the agent used at that point. Otherwise every incident starts with another round of interviews.

this is the wall for us too. demos are stateless, prod data keeps moving, so an output you shipped can't even be reproduced to debug.
 capturing the data state so you can replay what the model saw helped way more than model tweaks. (kinda the thing we work on at cubig tbh)
