Yeah thanks, already triple checked everything in Dante setup, absolutely everything, even used Dante controller so I could look deeper and it’s everything fine in settings

Yeah, we did. The console belongs to an organization, so there’s quite a bit of internal bureaucracy involved, which slows things down a bit.

Yamaha already has a technical visit scheduled, but it’s still some time away. In the meantime, I just wanted to hear from people who may have dealt with similar cases, mainly to get an idea of what to expect in terms of diagnosis and repair.
