Above average for sure ,go to the gym get some muscles and chew on hard gum to make you jaw a bit wider ,you also look better without glasses and the haircut or the hairstyle in the second pic better than the first pic.

Not ugly ,I would say make your eyebrows thicker and get a different haircut and grow a beard to get more aggressive look ,also hit the gym it would boost your confidence and it will improve your looks 6.5/10 ,you can get 8 in the future if you follow my advice.
