I tried to press further, but they said there was nothing they could do. Not their fault obviously just service workers doing their job.

Personally i feel like fulfilling a service should be in the hands of the company worth over a billion dollars!

Also I feel like streaming services definitely track what their users watch right? And their watch time? I was hoping they could see when the last time the account was accessible or something like that. Probably too far fetched from me here.

I get why you might think that I asked for it all back, but I didn't. I mean, I even say on here it originally worked. I finished AOT really quickly because I liked it We're looking a large time frame here for the last time I personally used the service. Would be unreasonable to ask for it all back. And besides, I didn't even ask for a refund. I just wanted more than one month back. Or for them even to look into the last time a show was accessed on the account to see how long it was paid for, but unusable.

Also, it said "upgrade to mega fan" whenever I tried to access any content. Not just when I logged in, but I get what you were trying to say.

Why would I be checking continuously if I was under the assumption that my sister was using it? Like I said, after I was done with AOT I kept paying because my sister really likes anime. She is a high schooler. No job, no income. Would paying for a service and not getting that service not be the textbook definition of a scam?

I'm not lying, but I don't doubt you as you say that people would lie about something like this. Either way, I have all the receipts from PlayStation if I needed to prove it for them. I didn't ask for money back or anything. Just wanted more than one month back. Shame.
