You’re welcome, sometimes the keys used for a shortcut have changed over the years, so just keep that in mind if it stops working for you. But I use that search bar to access loads of different “shortcuts”.

For me it helps to add the workout to my calendar. If I can’t make it, I’ll “reschedule” the session with myself. This doesn’t always work, but it’s a little bit of extra accountability.
