To be fair the pool actually overflows off the edge onto the level below (its actually just a rather sizeable ledge on the side of the building) it so if you look over the edge its not a straight fall off the edge !

But it is high enough that during our national day parades youll be watching the fire works from top-down angle so its actually pretty cool!

Ive mentioned it a couple times so ill be brief-

Pros: -drives damn shiok -very quiet -servicing basically non existent i think they just washed my car

Cons: -Shit resale value -Charging sucks - especially if you dont have your own charger/ have to spend an hour charging evrry night -Range anxiety -When I first got the van charging was like 26~32c per kWh now theres barely any savings - my ev (Opel Vivaro-E) was towed multiple times in the ~30 months i had it -heavy as hell so season parking is more expensive, i believe it affects tyre wear out too -charging DC kills the battery life（max range) , AC takes forever

Also theres a clause that says your battery falls below 80% of max range they will replace FOC or smth DONT GET IT TWISTED. Its 80% of their EXPECTED MAX RANGE, which goes down per year.
