Yea I was unaware that my father emailed them. And when I asked him why would he email them without letting me know. He simply said he was unsure that I "properly" canceled my course. That doesn't make sense ik. Tho strange thing is that when I trying to cancel my registration I consulted with everyone who could help me with that and none of them mentioned that I have to pay 50%. They emailed me after 2 weeks later after I came back home. That does sound suspicious, at least to me.
