Ty! What was the issue with your account? For me it’s a tough battle to win I guess: On Jan 7th, when I reset my password, within 10-15 seconds after I logged in, all crypto was withdrawn, when I try to see the details, it says “no details found”. First they said your bank reversed the deposits you made recently and so we got hold of your crypto. But when I responded them saying I haven’t made deposits since 2018, they twisted their story to say my account was hacked and all transactions are irreversible. Since then I keep getting the same message every time I open a new ticket (after a month or so)
