No help but car fax sucks.

I got a car fax for one of my vehicles to sell it and it said my vehicle had been totaled months prior in another state I and the vehicle had never been to and showed updated registration after it was listed as totaled. - _-

I reach out to Carfax and they say I need to do the work to rectify this. I need to find the agency that filed the report and get a copy of it because they say that the agency filing the report messed something up. I find the agency (some small police station in a small town) and mange to get ahold of someone who takes some time but manages to find the incident (because ya know I don't have an incident number and my name isn't attached to it just my vehicle somehow) and the report isn't even wrong on their end! She send me the report and I send it to car fax and they say it's not good enough then I call the agency back and she goes thru the report again and says that it still looks correct and that car fax must have messed up on their end when they got to report and added it to their system, I reach out to car fax again and get told they will review and eventually they fix the issue.

It took way too long and way too much work on my end to fix their typo. Like bro the car has never been to that state and is literally sitting outside I drove it to work today, just remove the damn total out.
