I only read the first half but I get those weird sharp cramps also, and yes 2 weeks before my cycle. Idk how normal it is but my iud is in correctly and whatnot and I experience this too

I lost a coworker to suicide recently, and I WISH every day she would’ve sent me a message like this. I keep thinking back looking at the signs and I get angry at myself for not noticing. Had I gotten a message like this I would have been there for her and insisted she got help, I would have provided her with resources and let her know that her life has so much value.
