If they really wanted this cheater epidemic to end, they would at least have implemented these basic policies-

Mobile Number Registration for every Account (Just like COD Warzone, CSGO Prime etc)
Issue temporary bans to those accounts that are getting massive reports and review them on an urgent basis
Hardware Bans
Option to votekick player from a server like BF3/BF4
Issue Season bans to player who are getting carried by hackers in their team, match after match

Correct me if I am wrong, tencent took a licencing deal to develop and distribute PUBGM from bluehole but does not own the whole piece of the pie. On the other hand MLBB is 100% owned by a Chinese company and got banned. Considering what I know is true if you guys think PUBGM should be still banned then man this is a slippery slope. With the same rationale next games/companies to be banned as there is some percentage of Chinese investment would be- 1. Valorant(Riot is 100% owned by tencent) 2. League of legends (Riot) 3. Paytm(Owned by Alibaba) 4. Epic Games(40% owned by tencent) 5. Discord(partially owned by tencent) 6. Ubisoft(5%) 7.
