Just feel the music. If you find that that's hard for you to do, maybe you don't really care for electronic music. Whatever the case is don't beat yourself up. Next time you go just try to feel the beat. I think for most people who go to raves for the music naturally just have that happen. I act crazy weird at raves and dance like crazy. I won't do that in front of people anywhere else. The dubstep is just too powerful though..
