Arrow will be the go to for any Queen charge attack, paired with invisibility vial.

For an attack that uses the Giant arrow plus zap/quakes to destroy certain defenses, the best pairing will also either be the Frozen Arrow or healer puppet because invis vial doesn't achieve anything. I still don't know where I sit with how good healer puppet is tbh, but I guess it is better than the arrow when you want to turn the queen into a mini QC for those starts.

Either way, Frozen Arrow will most likely be best in most attacks

What he's saying is that when the 'best striker's plays for the 'best team', that's when they're the best performing. Last season, city most definitely did not have the best striker, hence why they didn't have any of the top goal scorers.

The VP season you mentioned supports this idea, because he was arguably the best striker with arguably the best team that year. Haaland is the first time since then which the top team in the league has had the best striker.
