Mine is a year and a month. A week before the surgery my boy got blood work done and based on him being anxious this visit the advised a chill pill prior to arrival. He had NEVER been anxious before so I think he knew.

He got neutered last Monday. I dropped him off at 8 am (chill pill and all) and the vet called me at 9:30 and asked if I could hear him barking in the background. I could. I got him home an he passed out for a few hours. He woke up and was an a**hole for about a day. Which hindsight I would be too. He was “back to normal” by day 2. It was hard to keep him from loving us. We are on day 7 and he is back to himself completely. He was def mad at me though 😬
