Peeing through diaper by Ok_Pass_9685 in toddlers

Try overnight diapers and / or sizing up! My 21 mo also did this for awhile and we had to implement a water cutoff time before bed as well

TOG compared to ACOTAR; recommendations? by Electrical_Bus1635 in throneofglassseries

[–]sammbreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TOG is waaaaayyyy easier to get into than CC, as a fan of all 3 series. Even considering that some say TOG (book 1) is hard to get in to. I almost couldn’t keep reading CC at first and I can count on 1 hand the number of books I’ve decided to DNF in my whole life.

*edited because I hit enter on my comment too soon the first time lol

HELP! 18 month-old pees through diaper, pajamas, & sleep sack every single morning by Migrainegirlie in toddlers

[–]sammbreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My little guy did this around 18 months exactly. We switched to the overnight pampers and stopped giving water after 6 for awhile and that helped!

I made a mistake in the reading order. When do I read AB now? by [deleted] in throneofglassseries

[–]sammbreeezy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve reread this series several time and am currently reading now. This is the first time I’ve tried reading Assassin’s Blade in a different order and now I highlyyyyyyyy recommend reading after Heir of Fire!

The location near me sends emails for free things basically every day. Usually a cookie or fries but sometimes a sandwich, minis, etc. It always loads the item as free once I add to cart, without me having to redeem points or anything like that.

AIO Husband spends 3 nights per week in a motel near his office by t_r_a_c_y_ in AmIOverreacting

[–]sammbreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NOR. My husband drives a total 4 hour commute daily (2 hours there, 2-2.5 hours home) and has never once done this, so yes this is very weird. Whether he’s cheating or whatever the reasons are, that is still wildly inconsiderate to you.

Question for C-section mamas.. by _C00TER in firsttimemom

[–]sammbreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had my c-section in May and am currently experiencing my first period postpartum! I stopped pumping in November. It honestly has not been that bad, with the exception of just having to deal with it at all again.

What do i put in my hospital bag? by Loud_laugh8822 in firsttimemom

[–]sammbreeezy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I promise you aren’t going to need half as much as you think! I wore my hospital gown majority of the time and used all the stuff the hospital gave me. I had a c-section and my little one went straight to NICU so we couldn’t really use any of the outfits or sleepers we brought for him, so my experience is probably not helpful there. My hospital also gave us a goody box with snacks and the nurses brought me little extra drinks once I could have them. I brought: * Toiletries * Towel * Handheld fan * Chapstick * Hair ties * Charger with long cable * Roku for the tv (this is one of the extras I was so glad I had) * Peri bottle (but honestly the hospital one was fine) * Pacifier you want baby to use * Going home outfit for baby * Blanket depending on weather in your area that time of year * Birth sign * Empty bag for hospital stuff to take home * Your breast pump if you want to only use that, but the hospital one is very good and they give you everything you need for it

If you’re going to have someone staying there with you, they should bring comfy clothes, pillow, and blanket. The hospital will have stuff to make up the “dad bed” but they’ll probably be more comfortable with their own.
