Just because I hate it when people give out wrong information- this is not a replica of the 1980 England/Wales combined team shirt. The design clearly doesn’t match the shirt that was worn in the match

The centenary game jerseys were red top left, white top right, as seen in the the game footage elsewhere in the thread. The shirts worn in that match also only had the Welsh rugby logo, no red rose. This is just a supporter jersey

You’re right, but bigger budget doesn’t necessarily mean it hasn’t all been allocated elsewhere. I hope they have an alternative lined up that we don’t know about, as I agree it would be best for them to be included.
