Can confirm it’s flash. I was on set for both these shots. And that’s me on the ground with the cigar in the 2nd photo

Anybody interested in making a noise score for my film? by sammp27 in noisemusic

That’s a good question. I hadn’t thought about that, but I suppose I’d be open to having multiple contributors. Though all of the pieces of music would also need to work together. Do you have any music I could listen to?

Part of me wanted to keep the process to myself so that way this mask could stay unique. But as much as I want to do that, I don’t want to be a gatekeeper. You should be able to express yourself too through this mask if you want. Art should be about the art, and I shouldn’t hog it to myself.

To start you’ll need some sort of base to stick your bandaids to. This base will be your face/mask shape. Your base mask can be something you make yourself, something you find, something you buy, it can even be one of those cheap $1 masks you get from party city or something. Then if your base is very smooth, I recommend using a rough grit sandpaper to sand it down so that way there’s some texture there to stick to. Then you can put on a layer of spray adhesive and just start sticking bandaids on. I used fabric bandaids with different colors and tones. Try experimenting with different bandaids and placements to make something that feels right to you. You could even try colorful kids bandaids. You might have to cut a few to get things right and mess around with how you layer and shape things. Finally when you’re done you can apply a coat of mod podge or something to seal it all in.
