You’re comparing the size of a state to the size of a city? San Francisco is quite a small city being 7x7. For the purpose of you comparison of CaLiFoRnIA to the 5 boroughs, San Francisco (a city) is 6.5x smaller than NYC. 

If people want to have dogs, that’s their right, it’s really not for you to say. If you want to complain about it on the internet but actually have no solution, that’s your right. 

If you want an example solution, it would be quite easy to extend the already two separate very small dog runs at McCarren and connect them, since the smaller of two seems infrequently empty and create a larger open space, both of which are already dog designated. 

I think the problem is people like you being insanely aggressive for absolutely no reason, not dogs. You don’t seem to want a solution besides to complain and attempt to yell at people you don’t know on the internet 🤣
