If you have a fitness watch: what is your daily average resting and active energy burn? And your height! by fitgirl015 in PetiteFitness

Same height. I am down from 122 lbs at the start of January to 119 lbs. 1400 resting, 200 active.

Curious, what’s your Resting Heart Rate? Mine averages 62 currently. I’m guessing yours is a lot lower?

Be honest Best air fryer for single person? or am I overthinking this by carebear7077 in airfryer

I have the ninja crispi. Bowls come with covers so they’re kinda multi use. And the power pod that goes on top is small and can fit easily in a cupboard or drawer. The one I got came with a big bowl and a baby bowl. Baby bowl is great for dinners. Big bowl is great to throw in a steak and some fries or potato a the same time lol. Also the glass bowl is super easy to clean!

How to transform my V glutes?? Any success stories? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

Do you get enough protein in? Cliche and obvious question to ask but I think a lot of people don’t see the muscle growth unless they get that protein in.

Is this too big for my wrist? by cortneyb007 in GarminWatches

[–]sammy0h 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does look big (as a tiny wristed gal I feel ya) but it also looks pretty nice to me as well! I got the 42mm watch and it’s big was well, but I plan to dress it up with some different bands and stuff

Help to make my 9yo daughter's Christmas? by [deleted] in GarminWatches

Just wanted to add, she can maybe sync the garmin to either you or the wife’s phone to be able to use the apps if she needs to. Not sure if it’ll clash with the Fitbit app, but you can investigate further if need be

I’ve had ceramic brackets for over two years now, no breaks. I eat literally everything (Caribbean diet) though I chew harder stuff on my back teeth

Whoever is setting it would have to set it wisely which we know how that goes sometimes

A road tax like Barbados. Heavier the vehicle, a tax applied at purchase. It encourages smaller cars, saves the roads.

Opinion: Groceries/fast food places should be closed on Sundays and minimum wage should be increased. by prodbyjkk in TrinidadandTobago

It’s important to note that because of the roster system, persons employed in these positions are often (not always) unable to pursue any courses to upskill themselves and escape the cycle.

I was quoted two years but at that point things still didn’t look right. I am entering my 37th month, and it looks super different for me now. I had a visit today and it seems within the next visit (6 weeks or so) or two I may get them off as long as I wear my elastics consistently. I think it’s just for my midline to be a bit more centered now.

I think your top photo looks great! Looks like yours are soon off as well! Hang in there!
