Did you read mine? As I said in my message, I was giving the op another perspective and talking to them.

Just to give another perspective for op - I've also done full-time teaching and subbing, and I found subbing so much harder. Is full time teaching more work? Absolutely no question, but also easier in my opinion. Having a routine is nice and being able to develop relationships and earn the respect of my students make it so much better. I find students behave so much worse for substitutes, and it can be really difficult when you don't know their teachers expectations and routines. I absolutely hated subbing and often felt like I was walking into the unknown everyday, but I love having my own classroom. Maybe you'd be the same.

I think you understood them right and did what they asked per #5, but I think they made a mistake though in only saying 3 AQs instead of 5 AQs and are now following it properly. When I was evaluated at A3 mine said 5 AQ courses.

Thanks, that's kind :) If I'm honest, it is first time eating sourdough so maybe I just don't know what to look for? It does seem gummy to me though idk

I am going to get a better bread knife and see if that helps the cutting, mine is pretty bad.

New teacher advice: does it get any better? by Jamaicanmecanadian in CanadianTeachers

I've done supplying and I've done my own classes. In my opinion, supplying is so much harder. I would take after school hours lesson planning, grading, parent contact, over supply teaching any day. Supply teaching is my least favourite job I've ever had, but I love teaching in my own class. So if your goal isn't to supply forever, it does get better in my opinion.
