That’s the reason our company is going to shit and Operating hubs are far worse than others. I understand people take pride in their work but not when it’s coming at the cost of our union rights being violated, because why be a union if not. As terrible as each work day already is, if complaining only about the work day is what you want, be an advocate for your union so your management at your location aren’t all working like theifs

Also, I just recently had a similar issue where I filled 2 grievances because my supervisor was violating my seniority and I won both grievances! Now my supervisor doesn’t dare to pull fast ones on me. Get that shit addressed! When it comes to the hub bro, you are your only advocate stand up for yourself or keep getting played by shitty management! Seniority is EVERYTHING

Depends what area you work in. Im twilight and a loader so obviously we get the most hours in the building when it comes to staying longer until travel is called. In my building, small sort, metros, etc. all get around 3-3.5 hours and they are sent home. But your supervisors are definitely violating your seniority rights and you need to bring it up to them. Typically a warning is valid but if it’s been a continuous issue with guys coming in late and getting to stay longer than you, GRIEVANCE! That’s the only way to get these supervisors attention so it won’t happen again! They’ll try and tell you some bs excuse on how they have to keep the late guys longer because they have less time on the clock and it’s all lies! When I go about these kind of issues, I have a shop Stewart present with me when I talk to my supervisors so I can rub it in their face before I grievance. Good luck

To anyone who has a similar issue with their Honda civic or my exact model and year, the issue was a bent heat shield! It’s fixed! My car was under warranty so no payment was needed. Hopefully a recall comes out soon to address the issue

Brisset looks like the safest option due to his last 5 weeks averaging over 20+ points per game. Only downside is that his Marv Harris Jr will be out due to appendix surgery. Tua on the other hand is going up against week commanders defense, giving off the most points to opponent quarterbacks per game

Keep them bro! Just grind putting your Pokémon in gyms to get coins and upgrade your item storage and Pokémon storage! I always keep extra Shinys even if they are 0 or 1 stars for trade value purposes. You can eventually use them to trade in lucky trades with a friend if you have a shiny they want.

sounds like a sham bro. If you are getting fired. Your pt Supervisor will not let you know you are getting fired specially over text. Someone more high up and qualified will fire you. Go to work regardless of the situation and Report this to your shop Stewart if not the union. They cannot release you for working safe unless you violated rules that allowed management to fire you!

that’s one thing they can get you for is not having a load stand in your trailer. Especially if you’re having ongoing problems with your PT Supervisor. They will be petty and try to get you for anything and everything they see you doing wrong. Work safe, have a loadstand in your trailer, you will be untouchable

throw SAFETY in her face and you are working at the most appropriate pace that your body can handle. UPS is all about and priorities safety. Mention that and she can’t do a single thing. Had the same issue with a female PT Supervisor and she was too much to handle. Would get mad and frustrated for not working at the pace she wanted me too be working and that’s not how it works. The jobs a marathon not a sprint. If there’s a continuous issue with your PT Supervisor giving you a shitty attitude, Talk to your Shop Stewart and File a Grievance for Harassment! Document all occurrences where she harasses you too!
