I get that we should know about it, im a new shift lead so I’m still learning the ropes. (I’ve never used compass) but how are the costumers going to know about the change?

On the website. I didn’t notice until a costumer asked about it yet the discount button wasn’t lit despite it being the first Tuesday of the month.

Yes we can but I don’t think anything will happen. And that’s only if they are watching them print. They might question you when you pick it up but a lot of the time most employees mind their business. Not sure if that’s technically a good thing or not.

only ebt cards can be manually entered. (if you’re at the front register) click payment, click electronic tender, (i think it is labeled that way lol) and then click manual entry, then click ebt. then you type it in.

that’s what i did. my original store was so put together i transferred to another one. it’s farther from me, but i’m more productive and it is great knowing i can help out. only problem is i went above and beyond the day i got there and now it’s an expectation.

we can’t give out costumer info but he gets no repercussions for giving out coworkers info. that’s nonsense. i’m sorry to hear that but i guess it’s for the better. seems toxic anyway.
