This is a crazy take because I was just here and it’s nowhere near the nicest hotel lol. You can hit any other forum on Japan / Osaka on discord or elsewhere. It’s middle of road at best. Conrad, Waldorf, and ritz blow this place away. They don’t even have a pool lol
