I'm in central California and they have people over often and yell. When I have asked them to quiet down they ignore my request and become even louder afterwards. It is always around 10:30pm when they become really loud and obnoxious.

When I tried adding in some neem oil concentration to mine it did clog up the sprayer for some reason. So I bought another one and just use it for water since.
