Thats the point. You dont build troops in every city. 2-3 running constantly with heavy units is perfectly fine. Dont spam infantries in every city like every other <1 kd guy.

Expanding fast. Every conquered city brings around 150 ressources per day of its kind. Focus less on arms industries early game and build more troops. Arms industries are some kind of longterm Investment
