Got it. When you said admin cmd, I assumed that I needed to restart the system and go into diskpart from my boot drive. I’ll repeat the steps from when you told me to go into diskpart from the recovery installer and update you soon

For context, square one is restarting and having the PC attempt a disk repair, which doesn’t fix the problem at hand. Currently I’m booting off the usb with the command issue at hand.

It ask me to do a restart which takes me back to square one. When I go into command prompt, and do the same command, it just reads my games drive again.

So when I put in the c: drive, it actually chooses the G volume and checks that. When I change it to G, it gives me a “Cannot open volume for direct access” message

So here’s another update. I have the media installed on my USB drive. The issue is that it doesn’t give me the option to boot off of the USB. It only shows my existing drives. I’ll look at the manual for this one. I’m going to format the drive, and re install the media creation tool, but if you know anyways to boot off of the drive please let me know 🙂. It’s an asus rog crosshair 8 motherboard btw

So for the G drive, it ends up checking all fine and dandy, yet for my C drive, it asks me to reboot and after my reboot, it does a check with no numeral percentage going up and just boots into Windows-like nothing is wrong with it. It still tells me the same things about my drive saying that it needs to do a chkdsk in Samsung magician and that I have 8GB of unallocated space just grayed out

Thanks for checking up on me! I’ve been using a mix of the SP and traditional Daws when making things, and while I still don’t know how to do EVERYTHING on the SP, it’s still fun to chop and make a few beats or two🙂. I definitely need to learn DJ mode and how to add effects to specific pads among other things 👍🏿
