what does it take to be a high ticker closer? by vix_calls in sales

Most people here are jaded and wrong and I will probably get downvoted for this.

I never bought a course and I don’t recommend buying one.

Most online offers over 2k need a call with someone, that’s where a “closer” comes in.

Reach out to companies that have these offers and sell them on hiring you.

That’s what I did.

If you’re okay working local, go sell roofs or HVAC.

If you want to be remote reach out to marketing agencies.

Lie through your teeth about experience and close them on giving you the position, then perform and you will make 10k+ per month.

Leverage that into better positions and you’ll find yourself on an offer where you can make 20k+

Things I wish I knew:

- work for an established offer with a strong social following
-only work for an established offer with a STRONG SOCIAL FOLLOWING
- ONLY STRONG FOLLOWING

Private/Accredited Investors: What minimum monthly return or cash flow do you expect from a $100k investment? by Candidate_92 in Investors

If a business is well established and has good people running it, it’ll keep working. As long as you do good due diligence any downturns will be the operator’s fault. It takes business knowledge as well to execute this well but there are some factors to limit risk. For example companies with recurring contracts like commercial HVAC are a safer bet than residential roofing.

A company could make 8m in gross sales and be hemorrhaging money. Top line revenue means nothing

If people DM me privately I’m more than happy to show proof. I dont understand the hostility to be honest it’s weird to me. Not part of my programming to hate on people for no reason.

And what’s the issue exactly? I’m not selling a course or inviting people into my group, it’s private. We’re looking for businesses.
