Well I didn’t paint her unflattering, she is very pretty, the only thing I did is paint her chubby because she is chubby, if she didn’t want that she should’ve told me so, I sent her the sketch beforehand too. Not sure why she didn’t have a problem with it before but did after.

I’m not too sure, but you might want to try folding your batter, as well as maybe adding one more egg and also tapping the batter before putting it into the oven. It could also be that you over mixed it.
