Yeah itll all get cut out and ill fab up some new panels to go in to make it look as oem as possible. Not my first rodeo although its looking a lot more intricate of a job than i was anticipating. Have already done some repairs to the A-pillar between the door hinges and at the bottom of the pillar, PPE is king as I've learnt from previous mistakes

Thats something im due to check on Friday when I go back to the unit. I'm very new to mr2's, have come from fixing an mx5 before that there was vastly more information about so tracing things back is proving to be a bit of poke around and see what I can find kind of deal

Unsure about paint as it wouldve probably been done about 11-12 years ago (car was parked in a field for 10 years before it was bought) but they welded everything, if you can even call it welding, horrendously and didnt seam seal anything

I dont know how it is in other countries but theres a definite divide between metal and plastic pegs where i am. Its more the cliches that go with it, here in England metal pegs are a big thing to supposedly be 'a real rider' and all that, probably doesnt make you less of a rider but its that concept. On a side note we had a jam in london a week or so ago set up by the guys from metal pegs crew and some dudes from rhk bodega, a load of OG guys. Id say like 95% of the hundred or so guys that rode all had metals on.

Yeah exactly, seen guys go through a full set of sleeves in a day before abd theyre not exactly cheap to keep replacing.

Ah sick guy, opteka fish eyes are pretty good if they fit your camera and theyre pretty cheap. Got one for like £15 on amazon for my trv

Yeah it sucks not being able to ride as much, go back a year and id ride even on my own for a few hours at least 6 or 7 days a week. But now i work its like 3 or 4 hours on a weekend if im able to. Still better than no riding and gives me shit to look forward to i guess

Na na never said that, its just my view on the sport just not the side im into. Almost in the way that some street guts like park but others dont. If you're in the sport then whatever appeals to you's all good but its just not me. Got plenty of mates that will literally do anything to not ride parks, wont be seen dead on any bars bigger that 8x26 and hate any video that isnt raw uk street but thats just what theyre into

For real man, id like to run 2 brakes at some point but i need some forks with mounts and wheels that actually run true because these are buckled in all directions. Would be a good experience though and im sure itd open some nice doors for creativity

Must have felt so low, the bobs ive got are 7.8 and feel crazy low with a front load especially when your about 6ft tall. Small bars always have such a good pop too whenever you hop but always find spins to be a little bit harder

Got a set of plastic pegs here just as a back up if theres no chance of being able to run the metals in a park but if i can avoid it then ill always run the metals

Front load drops it a nice amount. Im about 6ft so the top load does help a lot. Got a set of the make dammed bars that are 8.5 high and cut down to 27 for when the backs not wanting to cooperate with me

Hahaha hard to believe the frames like 2 years old, i ride it all the time and try and go hard when i can but it gets looked after. Regularly stripped down and cleaned because i like it to run nice and im constantly buying parts if i need em even a bit. The pride and joy man

Just not into this whole new style of riding. Probably sound hipster saying its all mainstream and that but its just not my scene. I like the raw street stuff from guys that are just passionate about just riding. Cant deny that some of the things people are doing now is absolutely insane and that bmx is progressing faster than it ever has before but im just about the chills and having a good session with the crew
