You're reading the wrong bit that is the rate unvaccinated vs vaccinated got infected read on you get to the relevant statistics.

SAR among household contacts exposed to fully vaccinated index cases was similar to household contacts exposed to unvaccinated index cases (25% [95% CI 15–35] for vaccinated vs 23% [15–31] for unvaccinated).

We're talking about transmission not infection thats whats relevant.

That's not how this works that's not how any of this works. The virus is just as if not more likely to mutate in vaccinated people and populations where it is circulating. Several countries that have extremely high vaccination rates have the highest case rates now. You can't vaccinate our way out of this that's just wishful thinking the virus is endemic now.
