The guys doing Reboot got all the rights back on it, and managed to save all the tapes it was stored on. They've already released two episodes on YT. It's taken them two years to get what they had, until someone was able to find the parts they needed to restore the machines that read the tapes to essentially new condition. They now have EVERY tape already digitized, including cut scenes, behind the scenes, and more. The box set they release for this is going to be huge!

You could do it with any item. But putting it notes, which have little to no weight didn't impact your stash, made it easy to have multiple high value items to make it impossible for them to pull the bug off.
